A stupid mathematical student of Moscow state university, sleeping in Siberia fare from official science, digitized the philosophy - from the birth of the World till the future of global civilization. His progress evolutionary theory consisted of a dozen evident hypothesis on development of space, planets, life, dinosaurs, brains volume, mankind, languages, political and colonial systems, country borders, religion structure, bio-psychology, technologies, global political climate cycles..

lisek_xp.exe calculates Russian borders But the main idea was generated by Siberian god Father Frost. It declared that:

a) frost (not too hard) is the main engine of positive world evolution;

b) the matter needs harder and harder optimal frost for its further development;

c) high constant temperature of matter (region) always becomes its evolutionary top of independent development (the Law of temperature top).

By the aid of this temperature idea was created a computer evolutionary tree of the world, - calculating its history and perspective features. When growing civilization achieves North-East Eurasia, a little new window appears in the down-right corner of the monitor. It calculates borders of Russia accordingly to its Moscow-capital coordinates and current level of technologies. Computer shows growth, then stability, then.. try to show (bed, bed computer:) reducing of Moscow-state area (look picture).

Here we learned the slow, so-called "static" part of the Progress evolution theory. The second "dynamic" part enhances Theory by calculating global climate cycles, - the well-known about 2000 year ice cycle and so-called "astrological" quick climate cycles, created by the gravity invasion of big Solar system planets.
